Experiences
With an extensive experience in criminal proceedings and a thorough understanding of clients’ strategic and legal needs, Thomas defends and represents clients at all stages of criminal proceedings and before all French criminal courts. He is regularly involved in cases involving environmental crimes. He also represents victims of criminal offenses in filing civil suits and compensation claims in France.
Thomas was an associate at the Paris-based firms Szpiner Toby Ayela Semerdjian (STAS) and Navacelle representing clients in white-collar crime cases (corruption, breach of trust, misappropriation of corporate assets, price manipulation, tax fraud) as well as in compliance and regulatory matters (AML/CFT, implementation of Sapin II compliance programs and internal anti-corruption investigations). He co-created the firm Lapierre & Lim Avocats in 2024 in Brest (France).
